Is your account now older then 30 days`? If yes then there is a problem with an internal check if you are allowed to enter the Olvia Servers, aka Speed Servers.
Find the TblUserInformation that should be in the WorldDB and edit the field where it says '_speedServerExpiration' and set the year to 2099 or whatever, just way higher.
