This mod is made for timelapses or for people who want to create screenshots. This is because the mod shows all unit positions by showing the flag. It's unplayable in a normal game as alot of the gui has been changed and modified.
How do I use it?
When you start a single player game with this mod enabled (make sure to select some neutral south american nation or just a country that isnt involved in any wars), you may notice that you can only see the divisions of the nation you selected, to fix this type FOW in the console.
After this, you can edit the map to the way you want then just get a good camera angle, open OBS (or any other kind of recording software) and crop out the UI. Once you do this, you can begin recording.
