It's 1933, and almost 20 years have past since the Great War is over, although Kaiser Wilhelm II has finally got his Place in the Sun, a great colonial empire and increased his influence in Eastern Europe, the rest of world does not seem to be going as well as Germany. The fascists, ruled by Napoleon VI, seized the power in France, a communist revolution is about to break out in Russia, and in Austria-Hungary, the democratic plan, called "the United States of Great Austria", that would save Austria from collapse, was refused by Kaiser Karl, the separatism is constantly increasing.
Since the Franco-Prussian War, France has been declining in power, and in the Weltkrieg, Germany obliterated the French army and economy, and so its prestige, now France is only a shadow of itself and no one cares about what it will become.
But a charismatic Leader, with an iron will could change the tide of history, and restore the French glory at its greatest.
Paul Doumer, President of France who had lost his son in the Weltkrieg, is full of hatred against the Germans, only thinking about one thing, declaring war on the Germans and avenging his dead son. According to him, there isn't another way to deal with the Germans rather than kill them.
On the other hand Napoleon VI, the Bonaparte's heir, is plotting against the Republic and is preparing a coup d’état, in his way to restore the glory to France. He thinks about restoring the Continental Bloc that his great grandfather, Napoleon I attempted to do in order to fully isolate the United Kingdom from Europe, and so disbanding the United Kingdom. However, due to his coup d’état, he's very unlikely to succeed if he does not try a diplomatic approach with the neighbouring countries.
But after that coup d’état, the Republican Navy has fled to French Western Africa, and established the Dakar’s Government who claimed to be the the only and true France and wherein its ways to do anything in its power to getting back in its homeland.
