The Mod is 99% Historical until 1936, after 1936 it wents 101% Alternate so don't say "Hey you historical-idiot that guy was a big commie you can't have him as a monarchy!"
The Balkan Overhaul Mod aims to show us an alternative universe in which the Monarchy is the only solution in the Balkans and the "Great Kings / Tsars and Sultans" want to unite the region under their crown.
