Kaiserreich: The Second October Revolution is a submod for the Russian Socialist Republic that changes and adds more to the socialist nation. The goal isn't to massively change Red Russia but to provide an alternative to players who aren't satisfied with the current focus tree for Socialist Russia.

How to form Socialist Russia:
- After Kerensky is assassinated, select the option where the Mensheviks and Socialists agree to a coalition
- When choosing an Acting President, choose Alexander Shliapnikov
- The government will get coup by the army. Regardless whether if you restore the Senate or maintain military rule afterwards, the Second Russian Civil war will break out
