This mod is a standalone mod to add UKR as a starting tag. Mods that affect states and provinces for the Ukraine region will not be compatible.
Note: this mod does NOT have a custom focus tree for Ukraine and has no plans to do so; This mod is for people who just want UKR as a playable tag selectable from game start with an appropriate starting military.
What this mod does:
- Independent, select-able tag of Ukraine in its entirety
- Starting OOB for Ukrainian Armed Forces
- Transfer of the Black Sea Fleet to Crimea
- Localization of Ukrainian cities
- Adding of VO to units
