OWB: Better Ideologies overhauls all of the existing ideologies with new GFX for each sub-ideology and adds 60+ new sub-ideologies to the world.
Better Ideologies doesn't change the four main ideologies part of the base game, but adds unique icons and descriptions to every sub-ideology. The only change made from the game's base sub-ideologies is oligarchy, which I switched from Ruler to Elites class. This makes the mod compatible with most sub-mods.
