“Take control as Sweden in the Great Northern War”

Empire is set in the early 18th century and explores both the War of the Spanish Succession and the Great Northern War, featuring great figures in history such as Louis XIV, Peter the Great & Carolus Rex. This mod features custom focus trees, ideas, a bunch of events and a lot more.

“Lead France to victory in the War of the Spanish Succession”

After having been released to crowd source, the mod is now re-released in its official Alpha 0.1. This means a lot of stuff remains incomplete, but the mod should definitely be enjoyable at this point. Current features include:

• 1699 start date
• A focus tree for the major nations: France, Spain, England, Ottoman, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Sweden & Russia.
• Temporary focus trees for Prussia & Savoy
• Custom Leaders, nations & generals
• Dozens of events
• Custom ideologies & estate interactions
• Custom icons, fitting more with the 18th century feel.
• Reworked states
• Colonisation mechanics (early stage, with only limited availability through focusses).

This project is mostly a one man project, so whilst progress has been slow it has been steady. However there is a bunch of things left to be done. Currently things that are planned:

• Rework of bare focus trees
• More focus trees
• More events
• Limited rework of technology (mostly retexturing, with the purpose of not overcomplicating or breaking the game).
• Addition of land marks (such Hagia Sofia).
